Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Broward Elections Supervisor Joe Scott toured a Postal Service mail processing facility on eve of the special election. They`re hoping for improvements that minimize the number of vote-by-mail ballots that arrive late and don`t get counted.
